As one of the largest employers in the region, profile manufacturer Welser Profile attaches great importance to promoting talent from the surrounding area and guaranteeing apprentices the highest quality of training. A total of eight apprenticeships are on offer at Welser Profile. Motivated to promote the strengths of the more than 1,000 apprentices and trainees, a new training center has been built in 2019. In the premises, the prospective skilled workers will find not only state-of-the-art equipment but also appealing training and recreation rooms.
A combination of two flooring solutions from Forbo, Flotex and Marmoleum, provides the feel-good factor in the training center's 1500 m² of space. Each product provides a special and unique feeling of space. Thanks to its textile texture, Flotex gives the rooms good walking comfort as well as acoustics in the Phillip Starck design. Marmoleum Modular in shades of gray and green was also used. Thanks to the special interior design, the training center is a flagship of Welser Profile, which many apprentices enjoy visiting during their training.
