A new carpet created a calm and stylish atmosphere in the Atrium Bar & Restaurant at Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel, Gothenburg
Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel, centrally located in Gothenburg, has recently completed an impressive upgrade project in its Atrium Bar & Restaurant with the installation of a new carpet. With a capacity to host up to 1000 guests in the atrium, it was important to choose a carpet that met high demands for aesthetics, acoustics, and ease of maintenance. The choice fell on Flotex.
Hotel Director Jessica Rivle is very pleased with the result and says, “The staff really likes the new carpet. We received a thorough review from Forbo regarding cleaning and maintenance, which has given us the best conditions to take care of the floor.”
The Flotex floor is easy to keep clean, mainly through vacuuming with a brush roll vacuum cleaner, which reduces the need for daily wet cleaning. This has made cleaning more efficient and less time-consuming for the cleaning staff.
In addition to improved cleanliness, the new carpet has also contributed to a welcoming atmosphere and reduced noise levels in the restaurant. “The environment is welcoming, and the noise level has been reduced,” says Jessica Rivle. The new carpet has not only enhanced aesthetics and comfort but also contributed to a better acoustic environment in the Atrium Bar & Restaurant.
