Joongmok Kindergarten is designed with the "Blooming" concept in mind. After all, a kindergarten should be a place where creativity as well as emotional connections are nurtured among children. The physical and emotional development of children plays an important role in the building’s spatial program. Each space is easily recognizable by differences in architectural forms, materials, colours and spatial patterns. The bright and soft colours for the floor were chosen from the Marmoleum Real and Fresco collection. The Marmoleum floor is partly installed in a curved pattern to form a harmonious but varied play area.
