Overwater office is located in a monumental building built in Amsterdam style in Strijen. Since 1804, the 9th generation Overwater has been connected to the office. Overwater is a steward's office and consultancy in land policy throughout the Netherlands. Overwater manages agricultural land and ensures that planned changes in land use are made possible, for example from agricultural use to residential use.
The architect wanted this Dutch landscape (meadows, corn fields, polders and ditches) to be reflected in the floor design. Flotex offers this design flexibility and has a wide selection of colors. In the council chamber, Allura Wood was chosen, laid in a Hungarian point, completely in style with the beautiful stained glass windows.
