Real estate company Bo LKV renovated the playroom of the Ronald McDonald House in cooperation with various partners. One of those partners, Forbo Flooring Systems, donated flooring for the playroom.
"I wanted to create a space that evokes all the senses," explains interior designer Jenni Leikas. "Studies show that children like simple shapes, strong colours and clear functions. As part of the renovation of the playroom, all surface materials were renewed. I paid special attention to safety, acoustics and hygiene. The cheerful yellow Sarlon acoustic vinyl floor supplied by Forbo was selected for its good qualities. It was important to me to create an atmosphere that serves families with children and that combines practicality, playfulness and durability."
