The tertiary building is located in the Viotte station eco-district project in Besançon. It will help to revitalise the area by offering space to companies wishing to set up shops or offices.
Forbo Flooring was chosen by architect Brigitte Métra to provide comfort and fulfilment for any business start-up.
Marmoleum flooring was installed to bring modernity and freshness to the building. They are made from natural, bio-sourced raw materials such as linseed oil and pine resin. Resistant and long-lasting, it's the ideal coating to give a new lease of life.
Flotex flooring was installed in the refectory, providing a soft, comfortable environment for a pleasant lunchbreak.
