Clariant office, Łódź, Poland

The new office of Clariant, a Swiss specialist chemistry company, is located in the post-factory Monopolis building in Łódź, Poland. The Clariant office occupies two floors - a total of over 4.3 thousand m2. It is spacious and, above all, functional. The original, cast-iron stairs with preserved embossing, which still remember the times of the beginnings of Manufacture Wódczana, lead to the company's headquarters. They emphasize the atmosphere of this place and give it class. The architects of The Design Group did not avoid references to post-industrial aesthetics also in the office interiors. The brick, which can be seen on many of the walls, is the original part of this over a hundred-year-old building.
Forbo Tessera Cloudscape carpet tiles have been used for the floor in some part of the office rooms.
