CrefoCampus der Creditreform, Neuss

Creditreform is represented as a financial services provider at 128 locations throughout Germany. In redesigning the Neuss site, the consulting company created flexible and modern working environments with a feel-good atmosphere for 650 employees. The employees of the CrefoCampus were involved in the design process so that they could identify with the new workplace. The result is a spatial concept with a mix of different office types such as individual offices, open spaces as well as communication and retreat zones on a total of 14,000 m², the best conditions for agile working. Three basic colors were defined for a uniform color concept, which were individualized on each floor with additional color tones.

Innovative furnishing ideas were fulfilled by König + Neurath, the supplier of office furniture. Various furnishing ideas in different color worlds, suitable lighting and a coordinated wall and floor design result in a harmonious overall concept. To meet the acoustic requirements of open office structures, the Tessera Inline carpet tile with SOFTbac® backing was selected as an add-on. This 3 mm reinforced backing effectively reduces impact sound by 3 dB and thus has a positive effect on room acoustics. Marmoleum real in a modern gray look was selected as a color-synchronous complement to the textile flooring.
