OuiCare (O2 Group), France's leading home-care provider, has established its new headquarters in Le Mans. The building comprises no less than 8,500 m2 of open plan offices, with large work areas punctuated by relaxation areas, terraces and play areas. Everything is designed to allow employees to work in a pleasant space and to feel good. This six storey high-tech building is one of the most imposing structures in the city. It was built by AIA in collaboration with the interior design firm Where Is Brian and the installation company Corefi.
Valerie Loury Clement, Director of Corefi, explains the choice of Allura Decibel LVT from Forbo Flooring:
"For this project, we suggested the Allura Decibel range to the architect because the specifications required a 19dB product. We had to cover 3,000 m2, so Allura Decibel seemed to be very suitable with its glue-down installation, its stability once installed, its UPEC rating and the attractive price level. In addition, this recent range offers boards with a modern aesthetic, and which are perfectly suited to the very high standard of finish expected on this project."
