The Kyriad hotel in Ballan-Miré, in the heart of the Loire, welcomes tourists as well as local businesses, who can hire rooms to welcome clients, organise seminars or after-work events. The hotel is decorated in a modern, chic and cosy style. It has 65 rooms, 2 seminar rooms, a pétanque court, an outdoor swimming pool, a car park and electric charging points.
The Richard COLIN Architecte & Associés studio chose to install Flotex flooring, giving the premises a chic, modern feel, particularly with the marble effect in the reception hall and lounges.
The bedrooms and bathrooms have also been covered in Flotex flooring, but here in a wood design, giving the room a warm, comfortable feel. An ideal solution for satisfying every guest and providing a soft, pleasant experience.
