Jaana Ekman: “Inspiration for Butcher & Banker came from Steampunk, I wondered how it should be implemented in a new way with lots of visual elements. A herringbone pattern with a dark Allura wood dessin combined with a light Allura wood dessin expresses what I had in mind for the room. Allura is a sustainable material which is suitable for restaurant use.”
