The Software House in Gliwice, Poland, is one of the fastest growing companies in Central Europe. The company chose the historical neo-Gothic building of the former Post Office in Gliwice for its headquarter as a symbolic joint of the old and the new.
The interior fosters a pro-social atmosphere and the dynamics of creative work. There is a large common space with mezzanines and a kitchen, and a 500-meter private terrace located in the patio that features the nostalgia of old monasteries and cathedrals.
The office rooms are located around the patio. The spaces are quasi-open but divided by ecological plywood walls into smaller annexes that provide focus and peace of mind at work. Natural materials such as wood and wool and integrated plants act as a stress-reducing buffer and have a positive impact on the well-being of employees. On the floor, Forbo Eternal Concrete flooring has been used.
