Nuway Supply & Fit Service

Did you know that Forbo offers a complete supply & fit service for Nuway primary barrier matting products?

Firstly, thanks to our UK manufacturing we are able to produce and dispatch up to 20m2 of Nuway within 5 or 7 business days of receiving an order (depending on which product is ordered).

Then we can take away the hassle of you finding a suitable installer for your project by passing your details on to one of our FESSI Contractors.

Our network of FESSI’s are independent companies, hand picked by Forbo on the basis of their experience and quality of service.

All FESSI’s have undertaken intensive, CITB approved training on the installation of Forbo’s entrance flooring systems, meaning you will be receiving the highest quality of installation.

Not only will you receive the best quality installation by having our product installed by a FESSI, you will also receive an increased product guarantee!

How it works

How the Supply & Fit Service works

1. When you have a project which requires a Nuway product, call 01773 740 688 and speak to a member of our Nuway Customer Services Team

2. We will then pass your project through to our Installation Partner (FESSI) allocated for the region of your project

3. Within 24 hours, a representative from the chosen FESSI will then contact you to confirm the project details and arrange an on-site consultation to suit your requirements

4. At this consultation you will be able to confirm any technical queries or questions regarding your installation

5. Once the project has been completed, you will receive one invoice directly from the chosen FESSI which covers materials and installation costs

6. By having Nuway installed by a FESSI your product guarantees automatically increase to up to 15 years depending on the product

As we know our product has been installed to the highest of standards, we increase the product guarantees of all our Nuway products when they are installed through our Supply & Fit Service. See below for the updated product guarantees:

- Nuway Tuftiguard increases from 10 years to 15 years
- Nuway Tuftiguard Bamboo increases from 5 years to 7 years
- Nuway Tuftiguard Heavy Duty increases from 10 years to 15 years
- Nuway Grid increases from 5 years to 7 years
- Nuway Connect increases from 5 years to 7 years

Thanks to our UK manufacturing (based in Telford, Shropshire), we are able to hand make and dispatch high quality products, in a short space of time.

This means we are able to guarantee that orders 20m2 or less, of certain products can be manufactured and ready for delivery within either 5 or 7 working days.

FESSI contractors (Forbo Entrance System Specialist Installer) are independent companies, hand picked by Forbo on the basis of their experience in this important area of the flooring market and their commitment to deliver consistently high quality installations.

Each FESSI contractor has undertaken intensive training on the installation of entrance flooring systems, and under the guidance of experienced, CITB approved Forbo Flooring trainers, has learnt how to specify and install the optimal Nuway scheme for every type of project.

In order to gain approved FESSI contractor status they have had to demonstrate their ability to deliver demanding Nuway installations incorporating complex shaping and breakouts.
