The Verkade museum brings the food industry of the Zaandam area to life. It incorporates a chocolate and biscuit factory dating from the early twentieth century.
Forbo's Marmoleum Cocoa flooring with added cocoa shells has been installed in several areas of the building. Not only fits this perfectly to the chocolate theme of the Verkade museum, the cocoa shells also offer an exciting floor surface texture that is both natural looking and contemporary in feel.
