Please note site visits are only available to request for commercial installation projects.

Forbo are committed to providing quality floor coverings supported by easily accessible online/physical documentation to ensure a satisfactory installation and use of appropriate aftercare.

We want all customers to enjoy our flooring trouble-free, so in the event of any product queries occurring during or after installation, an office based Helpline is available.

Compliance to Forbo’s recommended installation and cleaning guidance are pre-requisite requirements to have been followed or in place when a site visit is requested.

Any deviation to our guidance, problems due to installation errors or mistakes, incorrect cleaning methods or use of cleaning chemicals are not covered by our product(s) guarantees.

In these circumstances, where the problem is not product quality related, Forbo Flooring reserves the right to charge for costs associated with arranging and conducting the site visit.
