Nuway matwell frames are available in aluminium and are designed
to anchor into sand and cement screeds for secure site installation.
All frames are custom built to fit specific site requirements, with curved
frames available to special order.
Nuway frames are supplied in kit form (drilled and mitred) for ease of transport, storage and on-site assembly.
Standard Matwell Frames
AMF 163 matwell frame is suitable for standard 10mm & 12mm Nuway installations.
For surface mounted 10mm & 12mm installations we recommend ARF 50 ramp frame.
AMF 213 matwell frame is suitable for standard 17mm Nuway installations.
For surface mounted 17mm installations we recommend ARF 70 ramp frame.
AMF 253 matwell frame is suitable for standard 22mm Nuway installations.
Special Matwell Frames
AMF 266 matwell frame is suitable for larger 10mm,12mm & 17mm Nuway installations.
AMF 346 matwell frame is suitable for larger 10mm,12mm & 22mm Nuway installations.
AMF 506 matwell frame is suitable for extremely large 10mm,12mm & 22mm Nuway installations.
AMF 325 is suitable for use with all Nuway products requiring curved frames.

T bars provide separation between modules to facilitate easy removal of the mat for cleaning and reversibility.

Aluminium fill-in profile, available for 10mm, 17mm and 22mm Nuway Connect mats.

Aluminium carriers available in M/M and M/F versions.
Rubber fill in profiles to aid site installation. 30mm profiles are available for use with 17mm mats and 60mm profiles for for use with 12mm & 17mm mats.

Thorough and regular cleaning is essential to ensure optimum performance and to extend the lifespan of the products. The optimal frequency of cleaning is determined by the traffic volume and the level of soiling.

General advice
Protect newly laid floors
All newly laid floors should be covered and protected from all other trades during the contract with a suitable non-staining protective covering. Use protective feet on chairs and tables to reduce scratching. Castor wheels should be of soft material suitable for resilient floor coverings (according to EN425)
Cleaning
• Regular cleaning is more beneficial and cost effective than occasional deep cleaning.
• Use recommended cleaning products. High quality cleaning products and equipment ensure efficient maintenance and represent only a small proportion of maintenance costs.
• Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for cleaning products.
• Always follow the Health and Safety guidance provided.
Proper use of Floor Care Chemicals
The improper use of cleaning chemicals may cause damage and/or discolouration. Overuse or inadequate rinsing of cleaning chemicals may compromise the performance of the floor.
Abrasive powders or cleansers should not be used.
