Riga Technical University is a modern and internationally renowned university. It is the only polytechnic university in Latvia and the largest institute for higher education in the country. Nearly 15 thousand students are studying at Riga Technical University.
More than 10,000 square feet of Forbo floor coverings have been used for the different buildings. Marmoleum is installed on most floors, and besides this sustainable floor covering the university also used Forbo's static dissipative Colorex floors, Step safety vinyl, Bulletin Board linoleum for the pinboards and Nuway and Coral for the entrance zones.
