New Transilon Polyurethane Belt for High Temperatures in Food Production

The new Transilon polyurethane belt is a special solution for food production. Particularly for applications requiring temperatures exceeding 100°C. This innovative E 4/2 U0/U2 HACCP-FF-PS-HT blue FDA belt has already been used successfully by a renowned end customer as an oven in-feed and out-feed belt.

Suitable for very high temperatures
In contrast to conventional silicon and standard polyurethane belts, the 906834 can withstand very high temperatures. These characteristics make it ideal for bakeries in oven in-feed and out-feed sections. It’s also perfect for the confectionery industry, the production of cooked meat products and other hot industrial processes, such as conveying plastic or rubber items.

Reliable processes and lower costs
The belt’s special design prevents delamination and guarantees a stable splice. The pre-shrunk fabric allows it to keep its shape consistently, which translates into reliable processes and lower costs for users. What’s more, the lint-free fabric means more food safety because it cuts the risk of contamination. The belt’s blue color facilitates detection of foreign bodies and decreases light reflection, which means more pleasant working conditions.

The new polyurethane belt has FDA, EU and MHLW certification, making it safe for direct contact with food. It also supports existing HACCP concepts in food production.
