The new Transilon Type E 12/3 U0/U10 MT black has been developed for applications in the recycling industry and is used in particular for sorting or separating waste using optical sensors (NIR, X-rays or magnetically induced eddy currents).
The black matte polyurethane top face guarantees less light reflection required for use on conveyors with optical sensors. The robust triple-ply design reduces the risk destroying the belt if hard or sharp products damage it accidentally. The top layer fabric’s black, therefore ensuring disruption-free sorting – even until replacement of an accidentally damaged belt.

der neue Transilon Typ E 12/3 U0/U10 MT schwarz wurde für Anwendungen in der Recyclingindustrie entwickelt und werden insbesondere bei der Sortierung oder Trennung von Abfall mit Hilfe von optischen Sensoren (NIR, Röntgenstrahlen oder magnetisch induziertem Wirbelstrom) eingesetzt.
Die schwarze matte Polyurethanbeschichtung garantiert eine reduzierte Lichtreflektion, die für den Einsatz auf Förderanlagen mit optischen Sensoren erforderlich ist. Die robuste dreilagige Bandkonstruktion reduziert das Risiko einer Bandzerstörung bei versehentlicher Beschädigung durch hartes oder scharfes Transportgut. Das Oberlagengewebe ist schwarz und sichert somit den kontinuierlichen Sortierbetrieb auch bei versehentlicher Beschädigung, bis das Band ausgetauscht ist.

el nuevo Transilon tipo E 12/3 U0/U10 MT negro se ha desarrollado para aplicaciones en la industria del reciclaje y se utiliza, entre otros, para la clasificación o la separación de residuos con ayuda de sensores ópticos (infrarrojos cercanos, rayos X o corriente de Foucault magnéticamente inducida).
El revestimiento de poliuretano negro mate garantiza una reflexión reducida de la luz, imprescindible para su uso en transportadores con sensores ópticos. La robusta construcción de la banda de tres capas reduce el riesgo de deterioro de la banda en caso de daños graves causados, accidentalmente, por productos de transporte duros o afilados. El tejido de la cara superior es negro, con lo que garantiza el funcionamiento continuo de clasificación, incluso con daños accidentales, hasta que la banda se reemplace.
