• Primer, rollable (containing solvents) blocks against wood components and wax residues which might cause problems with lacquer bonding and discoloration.
• Especially for exotic wood, smoked oak.
• Ideal for renovation of old parquet flooring.
• Produces a lightwarm-toned start of the wood surface.
• Dries fast.
• Reduces side gluing.
• Can be applied in 1 - 2 coats, overcoatable with Eurocol parquet lacquers.

• The surfaces to be sealed must be clean and free of residues of oil, wax, silicone and other adhesion-reducing layers.
• Joints are closed with suitable Eurocol joint sealant.
• The fine sanding depends on the type of wood. The surface and edge sanding must be levelled with a sanding grid.
• In case of defects, reservations must be made in writing.

Before use, temper the product according to the processing conditions.

• Shake well before use!
• Pour the varnish into a Eurocol sealing bucket and use a scraper grid when applying.
• The application must be carried out with a clean, solvent-resistant nylon roller. Roll the coating wet-on-wet in one operation, first crossways and then lengthways to the grain direction.
  After drying of the primer (min. 45 minutes), but within 24 hours, a second application is possible on highly absorbent woods.
• When reworking old, sealed multi-layer parquet, sand down to the raw wood. The composition of the primer reduces swelling and possible detachment of the top lamellas during later resealing. However, residues of UV sealers that have not been removed can reduce adhesion. However, no guarantee can be given for the prevention of top lamella peeling.
• After 2 - 3 hours, but within a maximum of 24 hours and after complete drying, overcoat with Eurocol Aqua lacquers.

During application on the prepared parquet floor, use shoe covers for the shoes to avoid footprints.

Ensure even ventilation during the drying process. Avoid draughts and direct sunlight.

In case of dense woods and / or higher humidity the drying time will be longer. In these cases, heating and air exchange must be provided. Processing must be carried out at temperatures at least 5 degrees above dew point.

Working conditions:
Required surrounding temperature: min. 18°C.
Material and subfloor temperature: min. 15°C.
Relative humidity: 35 - 75%, recommended <65%.
