Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, with the Head of Marketing UK and Ireland acting as mentor, this role is for a modern apprentice who wants to gain a business or marketing qualification while developing a range of marketing skills through on-the-job training.
Working as part of a dynamic marketing team, the position is based in Kirkcaldy, Fife with the opportunity to travel across the UK and take on new challenges.
Marketing Apprentice
The successful candidate should have:
• Strong organisational skills
• Can do attitude & ability to multi-task
• Proficient in English, with strong writing and proofreading skills
• Good time management
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work well with others & on your own
• Comfortable learning new systems
Key responsibilities for the position include:
• Support the Marketing Department and Sales Team with general admin support
• Assist with digital communications (social media, e-marketing)
• Assist with printed communications (brochures, case studies)
• Maintain the Forbo UK website and online retail platform
• Support events and be prepared to travel as required
• Provide other admin support as needed
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to earn a recognised marketing or business qualification, such as the CIM Certificate in Professional and Digital Marketing.
