1. End user collaborates with fit-out company/architect for design and installation and chooses Forbo Flooring product compatible with the leasing scheme.
2. After design approval, end user requests a ‘package price’ from IOBAC.
3. This ‘package price’ includes installation, maintenance, and end-of-life uplift costs.
4. Once approved, end user to contact Plus Finance to arrange the leasing contract.
5. Product order & installation (using IOBAC Tabs) will be managed by the appointed flooring contractor, who will work closely with IOBAC.
6. IOBAC disperses funds to all parties involved (i.e. flooring contractor, Forbo & cleaning company).
7. IOBAC arranges annual professional cleaning and maintenance.
8. IOBAC manages end-of-lease uplift for reuse or recycling.
