New Vendor Account Data Request

To allow us to open a Vendor account for your business, please provide the following information on Company Letterhead, signed by an approved signatory. If any of the information is not supplied, there may be a delay in opening your vendor account.

• Company name and address
• Telephone Number
• Full bank details
• VAT registration number
• Registered Office Number
• Registered Office Address (if different to address on invoice)
• E-mail address for remittance advice

Please note:
Our standard payment terms are 30 days from end of month. Submission of the above information will constitute acceptance of these terms.
All invoices / statements / reminders should be sent, in PDF format to Kirkcaldy Purchase Ledger at kirkcaldypurchaseledger@forbo.com
