Spicy and warm colours
The selection of our Forbo products in the first Mood of the Season is a combination of various colours, textures, tactilities, and functionalities. The rich and welcoming materials evoke a feeling of wellbeing, comfort, and belonging. A play of textures and shades, enhancing the materiality with the alternation of lights and shadows.
Colours are warm and spicy in green, purple, red, or ochre colourtones that neighbour the selected four NCS colours.
The textures and patterns refer to a historical feel with a modern twist: herringbone floors, distinctive marbled textures, and velvet fabrics combined with contrasting materials of glass and copper.
Inviting materials
The tufted textile Tessera ranges are the most tactile products in our broad portfolio. These collections are renowned for their aesthetic styling and outstanding performance in the most demanding heavy traffic environments.
Our first Mood contains two colours of the Tessera Infused range: the 4510 wistful walk and the 4506 coffee cream. This design is a unique fusion of naturally inspired elements, showing organic patterning with natural structures. A selection of twelve natural and on trend colourways are designed to blend tonally with each other as well as match closely with other Tessera ranges.
Tessera products combine perfectly with LVT Allura Flex and answer the need for flexible, practical, and adaptable solutions for the design of workspaces.
Design freedom with modularity
Modularity is a major trend in flooring. The designs within our Allura and Flotex ranges offer endless possibilities to mix and match, making them ideal for areas requiring zoning or for creating authentic floor patterns.
Allura is a resilient product with a textured surface. The design offer consists of the largest choice in design, colour, size, and shape, from classic wood planks to modern concrete or marbled tiles.
Flotex is a soft flocked product with a very matte appearance and a nice textile feel. It’s a unique textile floor covering that combines the hard-wearing and durable characteristics of a resilient floor with the comfort and warmth of a carpet.
With all our modular products in Allura and Flotex, stimulating and lively environments can be created with, for example, on-trend zigzag motives or classical herringbone designs as shown in our Mood. All modular collections show little repetition in their patterning, creating interesting and beautiful floors even when only one single colour is used.
Smooth surfaces with sheet products
Besides the modular products, our selection for the first Mood contains sheet products of vinyl: Eternal and Sphera, and our acoustic sheet product Sarlon: the perfect flooring solution for sound reduction.
The selected colours match the atmosphere in deep colours like grape purple, dark green, or copper. These calm and clean floor designs have the ability to blend into their surroundings and complement interior finishes such as wood and stone.
Our selection of woods have a characteristic steamed or burned finish to emphasise the wood grain texture of the planks and enhance the rustic feel.
A sustainable choice
For a sustainable solution, we have integrated our Linoleum products in the selection of our first Mood of the Season. Linoleum is made from natural raw materials and is the most sustainable flooring choice—a natural winner!
The plum and sage colours are a selection from our Marmoleum Marbled collection, which offers the largest resilient flooring colour bank. The soft contrast of its refined marbled structure gives a gentle feel, which sets the stage for calm and soothing interiors.
Our bottle green and eggplant colours represent the solid identity of Marmoleum Walton with its smooth surface and minimal, unpretentious material expression.
Two colours of Furniture Linoleum complement the colour scheme of the floor products. Furniture linoleum is a natural surfacing material that delivers the finishing touch for all high-end furniture designs such as desks, chairs, stools, cabinets, doors, and displays. It is renowned for its elegance and durability, its mat surface, and its warm, soft texture.
To finalise the product offer, two Coral colours have been added: an entrance flooring product that is fundamental to modern building design. This product is the ultimate moisture absorber and will prevent dirt and moisture from being tracked in. It therefore prolongs the life of other interior floorings that are being used in any building.
