The WRZV-halls in Zwolle opened in October 2021. This sports facility, which was built to replace the former WRZV-halls, has been designed and arranged to accommodate various sports organisations, clubs and educational institutions. The complex has two sports halls that can be linked. The new halls are energy-neutral and climate proof. They add quality to the area through their function and appearance.
In addition to the two sports halls, the accommodation includes support facilities, various additional facilities such as a management area and sufficient storage space, an extra spacious kitchen to facilitate the social function, among other things.
Energy-neutral
The building is energy-neutral. It generates as much sustainable energy as it uses. The entire roof surface is used for solar panels, the building is heated with heat pumps and energy-efficient LED lighting is used for the lighting in and around the building.
The communal areas of the sports complex are mainly equipped with Marmoleum.
