This semi-plain textured loop pile carpet tile features 27 sophisticated and trend led colors representing contemporary aesthetics. Each design is a mix of 3 colors, carefully composed to be softer and ‘chalky’ for a pleasing color balance.

Beautiful on it's own, yet great to combine with other carpet tiles or Allura Flex vinyl tiles using the same adhesive.

An opulent loop pile, giving an attractive, highly textured broadloom appearance. The modern colourways and broadloom texture link beautifully with the Tessera Design ranges, creating increased design flexibility and freedom.

Tessera Create Space 1
A low profile loop pile, constructed using 100% regenerated solution dyed ECONYL® nylon, yielding an exceptionally high recycled content. Create Space 1 is available in a warm Scandinavian influenced colour palette. Create Space 1 is part of the evolve+ series – product evolution for enhanced sustainability.

Tessera Design collections

Contemporary design styling with linking or complementing colours, the Design ranges allow the easy creation of flexible schemes suited for today’s workspace. Tessera Design ranges are either multi-height loop pile carpet which have distinctive pattern and texture, or cut & loop construction, a hybrid construction that offers all the robustness of a conventional loop pile product, but with superior aesthetics for more luxurious feel.

Tessera Accord
A harmonious, contemporary geometric, Tessera Accord comprises of naturally intersecting lines which collaborate to create one, universally appealing all over design with a ‘broadloom’ style appearance.

Tessera Cloudscape
Gentle organic styling, the Cloudscape range’s tonal colourways are inspired from the skies above us, bringing the outside into the built environment. The range of available shades span from very pale to dark, covering a wide range of LRV requirements.

Tessera Harmony
A soft and balanced design, giving a sense of agreement and control, Tessera Harmony, in an organic small format patterning, promotes a calming, more productive workspace or education environment.

Tessera Infused
A unique fusion of naturally inspired elements, Infused combines soft organic patterning with natural structures designed to encourage collaboration and well-being in any scheme.

Tessera Inline
A geometric structure with intermittent linearity in subtle contemporary shades. Inline coordinates perfectly with other Tessera ranges, especially with Layout & Outline carpet tiles.

Tessera Diffusion
Diffusion is a flowing geometric design in a multi-height loop pile construction, reflecting an evolution towards softer, more organic geometry. The fractal shapes fade in and out, creating appealing floor spaces.

Tessera Topology
A combination of geometric elements and organic structure, together with a naturally inspired palette, Topology offers both design and flexibility, enhancing any installation. Topology is part of the evolve+ series – product evolution for enhanced sustainability.

Tessera Contour
Contour takes influence from lines in architecture which are relieved by softer, more natural cut pile elements. This cut & loop range offers a geometric framework in a palette of naturally inspired colours.

Tessera Perspective
Perspective uses cut & loop design technology creating a blend of surface textures across an etched design, giving an opulent feel and creating a rich all-over visual which subtly changes from differing perspectives within any interior.

A minimalist, timeless and hard-wearing style; the low profile microtuft construction creates the look and feel of flat-woven flooring, but offers all the practical, durable and environmental benefits of a carpet tile.

Tessera Struktur 1
Struktur 1 is a plain microtuft range, available in beautiful neutrals and complemented by warm accent tones, allowing elements of colour to be woven into flooring schemes.

Tessera Struktur 2
Struktur 2 Linear is a tonal stripe in a low profile microtuft construction. Available in a range of neutral stripe options and sharing colours from the Struktur 1 range, this contemporary and subtle linear design can be used on its own or in combination to create elegant, pared back schemes.

The low profile of Microtuft carpet tiles does mean that visible edges are a characteristic of this style of carpet tile construction. Extra care should be taken during installation to ensure an optimal finish and to minimise the appearance of visible edges.

Sustainability

Minimising environmental impact

We embrace the challenge of sustainability by continually improving our carpet ranges and production processes to minimise environmental impact.

Our sustainability improvements for all Tessera collections include:
• Increasing recycled content
By challenging the way tufted carpet tiles are made, all Tessera carpet tiles contain at least 60% recycled content. For some ranges, this percentage is even higher due to the use of yarn regenerated from recycled material.
• Only using renewable energy
The energy used to produce Tessera carpet tiles is from 100% renewable sources such as wind and biogas, ensuring zero carbon impact during the manufacturing process.
• Helping to reduce waste
Typical broadloom flooring solutions will produce around 8% installation waste. Modular flooring, like our Tessera ranges, will reduce this by around 50%, to 4%. Our random lay ranges reduce waste further again to 2% - reducing waste, reducing impacts & costs.
• Lower embodied carbon emissions
Our steps to reduce environmental impact ultimately help reduce the level of embodied carbon included in all of our products and we are continually looking for areas where improvements can be made without compromising product quality and durability, or resorting to carbon offsets.

Certification & EPDs

Certification, EPDs and build schemes

Forbo's steps towards sustainability and product improvement are clearly and transparently communicated, guided and independently verified by our product and management labels and management systems.

Product and management certification
Tessera flooring solutions are designed, developed and manufactured in fully integrated management systems. Quality, safety, environment and social certification (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and SA8000) gives assurance that Forbo produces flooring products of the highest quality, lowest environmental impact, safely and respecting employee rights both within Forbo and our supply chains.

Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs)
All Tessera carpet tiles in standard Probac have individual Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) which are third party verified in accordance to ISO 14025 and EN 15804, giving a detailed and transparent overview of environmental impacts such as total recycled content and embodied carbon levels of each Tessera range.

Build schemes
Build schemes are one of the key drivers in accelerating the development of more sustainable and lower impact products. Popular build schemes like BREEAM, LEED, WELL and SKA demand exacting standards across a wide range of qualifying criteria, including, for example, EPDs, indoor air quality and recycled content. Tessera carpet tiles contribute to all build schemes, enabling specifiers to achieve the credits they require to meet their specified project performance targets.
