Enhanced for conveyor and processing tasks

Fabrication of conveyor belts

Our fabrication centers across the globe give conveyor and processing belts the mechanical or physical characteristics required for production lines.

Profiles and side walls

Conveyor belts with profiles and side walls are ideal for inclined conveying of bulk materials and small items. These are food-grade belts and ideal for small conveyors. The profiles and side walls come in various shapes and sizes. As a result, they can be adapted to handle multiple conveying and processing tasks. This improves efficiency and minimizes material losses.

Smartseal belt edge sealing

Belt edge sealing prevents oil, grease, water and bacteria from penetrating the belt. As a result, hygiene is better and the belt lasts longer. We use innovative Smartseal technology to do so. This type of sealing is possible for virtually all Siegling Transilon conveyor belts and an excellent solution for the food industry.

Perforations in Transilon belts enhance conveying and processing

Perforations

Perforations in conveyor and processing belts provide excellent airflow and drainage. They also assist with drying, cooling and washing processes, or grip products due to suction. Perforations can be customized in various sizes and patterns to meet specifications.

Free-form cutting

Our innovative cutting machines create conveyor belts exactly to your specifications. This includes simple cuts and curves as well as complex shapes such as unusual curve radii. This precision ensures that belts fit your conveyors to perfection. We can also provide conveyor belts with special gaps between flights, precise milling, perforations, or contours to improve production efficiency.

Laser Marking on a Siegling Transilon Belt

Laser marking

Positioning and control marks, logos, graphics, technical info, and much more can be lasered into the belt surface. Our laser marking enables precise marking on the fly for almost all fabrics, coatings, colors and patterns. Conveyor belts can be marked in an open or endless state as long as the marking doesn’t extend beyond the area to be spliced. Because of its durability, positioning accuracy and precision, this process makes the belt even more versatile.
